Max Healthcare has installed Dyna CT Cath Lab at Max Super Specialty Hospital, Patparganj. The advantage of Dyna CT is validated for enhancing safety during procedures done for treating complex arrhythmia and angiography procedures in children. In children the size of the heart is comparatively small. With Dyna CT, it is possible to take 3D images of the heart within a few seconds. This avoids injection of heavy dosage of dye in children which is potentially dangerous. Quantification of degree and length of blockage in the coronary arteries, particularly before and after an angioplasty is possible too.
