25 district hospitals and 9 medical colleges in MP to get 50 bed CCBs
Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College, Indore is going in for a new 50-bed expansion in the critical care block (CCB). The funds for the new CCB will be provided by the Union government through National Health Mission.
The plan is to provide at least 25 district hospitals and nine medical colleges with an additional 50 bed critical care blocks Madhya Pradesh.
The district hospitals that would have 50 bed CCBs are Ujjain, Khargone, Dhar, Satna, Hoshangabad, Sidhi, Singrauli, Barwani, Mandsaur, Rajgarh, Morena, Mandsaur, Rajgarh, Jhabua, Neemuch, Chhatarpur, Dewas, Panna, Tikamgarh, Siwani, Mandla, Harda, Dindori, Sheopur, Ashoknagar, Alirajpur and Bhind.
The nine medical colleges that would have 50 bed CCBs are Chhindwara, Indore, Jabalpur, Khandwa, Ratlam, Rewa, Sagar, Shahdol and Shivpuri.
Two district hospitals, Dhar and Chatarpur, will have 100-bed CCBs.
