Aakash Healthcare celebrates 7th anniversary with 100-bed expansion

Aakash Healthcare celebrates its 7th anniversary with a significant expansion, adding 100 new beds to its facility.

Dr Aashish Chaudhry, Managing Director, Aakash Healthcare Super Specialty Hospital, shared, “The completion of our 7th year of operations is a significant moment for Aakash Healthcare. We have come a long way from our modest beginnings in 2017 to becoming one of the fastest healthcare brands to achieve operational break-even within 18 months. This first major milestone was followed by our fight through three Covid-19 waves, during which our team saved over 10,000 lives. These experiences have made us stronger and more resilient.”

Dr Chaudhry further added, “We have now reached a stage of maturity and are poised to expand our footprint. This expansion includes the addition of 100 new beds to our existing 200-bed facility, state-of-the-art infrastructure, advanced medical equipment, a dedicated 8-bed Bone Marrow and Liver Transplant ICU, and increased operating room capacity. We’ve also expanded our OPD chambers and emergency room area to accommodate the increasing footfall. Additionally, our new international patient lounge is set to provide a seamless experience for patients from across the globe.”

Dr Chaudhry expressed his gratitude to the entire team, stating, “I would like to thank our clinicians, senior consultants, department heads, nurses, support staff, and the operations and management team. Their dedication and hard work have been instrumental in our success, and they have laid the foundation for our future growth.”
