Ajmer: JLN Hospital To Get New Building

AJMER: JLN Hospital here will get an eight-floor floor medicine block with ultra modern facilities where 20 doctors will be able to examine patients at a time in the OPD. This project will cost around Rs 39 crore. A block will be spread over an area of 13,500 square-metres.

According to project details, there will be adequate patient waiting area where more than 200 seats will be provided and 20 doctors will able to see patients at a time. There will also be 317 extra beds for indoor patients and an ICU for 40 patients. Officials said the building will be fully air-conditioned.

JLN Hospital is the main hospital in Ajmer division where patients from Nagaur, Bhilwara and Tonk are referred and therefore need more space for patients. The new building will also have 18 private rooms with 259 beds. The project will also include parking for 40 four-wheelers and 30 two-wheelers.

This building will have fire exists, automatic fire detection system and sprinklers. There will also be three separate stretcher lifts for indoor patients. Lights will also have sensors for energy efficiency. Officials said with this new building, the hospital will get better space for doctors and patients.-Times Of India
