Carestream to highlight mobile X-ray systems at AHRA 2021

Carestream Health plans to highlight its line of mobile x-ray systems at the upcoming AHRA 2021 meeting in Nashville, TN, scheduled for August 1-4.

The company noted that its ImageView software is now available on its Carestream DRX-Revolution mobile x-ray system, as well as its Carestream OnSight 3D extremity imaging CT unit. The software is designed to support advanced digital radiography applications like dual-energy imaging and digital tomosynthesis; it will be available on the DRX-Revolution Plus system in the next six months.

Additionally, Carestream plans to highlight its DRX-Revolution Nano mobile x-ray system with the company’s Nano Tube x-ray source. The company will also show the DRX-Transportable System/Lite, which Carestream is positioning as a cost-effective way to upgrade a mobile or room-based x-ray system to digital with wireless tablet control.

Finally, Carestream plans to tout its Plus 2530C flat-panel DR detector, which offers resolution of 98 µm and is smaller than the vendor’s previous small-format DR detector. AuntMinnie
