Columbia Pacific Communities Ties Up With Columbia Asia Hospitals

The Edappadi K Palaniswami-led Tamil Nadu government has signed 16 Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs) worth a total of Rs 2,780 crore in New York at an investors meet.

According to sources, the companies that signed MoUs include Scitus Pharma, Novitium Labs, Aspire Consulting and Zillion Technologies and Jean Martin, among others.

An agreement was also signed with Haldia Petrochemicals to set up a petroleum complex in Tamil Nadu that will bring an investment of Rs 50,000 crore.

During the investors meet, CM Palaniswami spoke about former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and AIADMK chief Jayalalithaa’s vision for developing the state and his government’s progress in attaining that vision.

Earlier the chief minister and his team signed 2 MoUs and one statement of Intent in the United Kingdom in the first leg of the CM’s foreign tour.

The government of Tamil Nadu signed MoUs with Kings College London and International Skills Development Corporation.

AIADMK leader Edappadi K Palaniswami and Industries Minister C Sampath will proceed to Dubai from the US, where the chief minister is the guest of honour at a business summit in the UAE. – India Today
