Coronavirus cases in India are racing towards 50,000 even as COVID-19 related death count is set to touch 1700-mark, as per latest data shared by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. As per the latest data of the Government, there are 49,391 total cases, 14,182 cured and 1694 dead while one patient was migrated. The lockdown extension has been implemented. However, random violation of social distancing norms at liquor shops has raised serious concerns.
