Fortis Healthcare has completed the transaction related with acquisition of equities and other securities, in the relevant Indian entities under RHT Health Trust. Consequently, International Hospital, Fortis Health Management, Escorts Heart and Super Specialty Hospital, Hospitalia Eastern and Fortis Hospital have become wholly-owned subsidiaries (direct/indirect) of the Company. – Business Standard
