Fortis Hospital Spreads Awareness on Women’s Health

Ahead of International Women’s Day, Fortis Hospital, Bannerghatta Road conducted an interactive session on women’s health led by Dr Parimala Devi-Consultant, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Fortis Hospitals, Bannerghatta road. The health awareness session addressed the audience on some common health related issues that women could experience at different stages of their lives such as PCOD, pregnancy, menopause and urinary incontinence. Dr Parimala also shared a few ways that women can take in daily routine to ensure good health. The children from Belaku Academy (an NGO for blind children) also showcased their talent through a performance during the session. – BioSpectrum India
