Fully automated CLIA analyzers
AutoLumo (A1000, A2000, and A1860) is a fully automated chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) analyzers based on microparticles platform, which is designed for both quantitative and qualitative detection of biomarkers related to various diseases and dysfunctions. A wide range of parameters are available with includes routine and special parameters. It is meant for the diagnosis of thyroids, fertility, cardiac, prenatal screening, glycol-metabolism, bone metabolism, ToRCH, tumor markers, anemia, inflammation monitoring, kidney function, infectious like HIV, HBsAg, HCV, Syphilis, HEV-IgG and HEV-IgM, and dengue panel (NS1/IgG/IgM). It is a fully automated random-access analyzer with true stat facility for sample. The throughput is 100 tests/hour (A1000) to 200 tests/hour (A2000). 100 samples with continuous loading facility and 24 different reagents can be loaded at a time.

Dengue NS1/IgG/IgM on fully automated CLIA platform
Dengue is one of the fastest spreading mosquito-borne viral disease, affecting more than 100 million humans annually around the world. Dengue found in more than 100 countries also causes around 25,000 deaths annually. The incidence of dengue has increased dramatically over the past few decades. Aedes mosquitoes transmit the virus and are common in tropical and subtropical parts of the world. Dengue fever is mainly caused by any of four distinct serotypes (DENV 1-4) of single-stranded RNA viruses of the genus Flavivirus. Detection of antigen (NS1) and antibodies (IgM and IgG) is the most widely used in diagnosis of dengue.

Matrix Labs provides first indigenous, fully automated chemiluminescence immunoassay products for diagnosis of dengue. Dengue CLIA products are highly sensitive, ready-to-use reagents, and not required for any additional preparation procedure and sample dilution. Dengue CLIA products (NS1, IgM & IgG) are 30 min assay procedure and all the three products can be run simultaneously with other available routine parameters.

Key features:

  • Microparticle-based fully automated;
  • Detects NS1/IgM/IgG for all four serotypes;
  • Highly sensitive;
  • 12 months shelf life at 2-8 °C storage;
  • Calibration stability – 28 days;
  • Assay time – 30 min;
  • No sample dilution;
  • Dengue NS1 CLIA-Double antibody sandwich method;
  • Dengue IgM CLIA-IgM capture method; and
  • Dengue IgG CLIA-IgG capture method.
