Getinge to Showcase NAVA and ICU Solutions at AARC Congress 2018

Getinge, a leading global provider of innovative medical technology, announced that it will showcase the latest products and solutions from its robust portfolio for the intensive care unit (ICU) at the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) Congress 2018, which is taking place December 4-6 in Las Vegas. Getinge is committed to delivering innovation in ventilation and will provide conference attendees with an immersive booth experience and educational program. Among the Getinge technology featured in its booth will be Neurally Adjusted Ventilatory Assist (NAVA), a unique approach to providing ventilatory support to critically ill patients in the ICU.

Getinge’s Sunrise Symposium will take place on Wednesday, December 5, from 6:00 to 8:00 a.m. local time in South Seas Ballroom F at the Mandalay Bay Convention Resort. The symposium will feature speaker Niall Ferguson, M.D., FRCPC MSc., Head of Critical Care Medicine at the University Health Network and Sinai Health System in Toronto and Professor in the Interdepartmental Division of Critical Care Medicine at the University of Toronto. Getinge’s exhibit booth (#441) will feature Servo-u and Servo-n ventilators and the Pulsioflex Monitor for hemodynamic monitoring.
