MAGLUMI® X3 from Snibe Diagnostics

Snibe Diagnostics has launched a new-generation chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) system MAGLUMI® X3 for in-vitro diagnosis (IVD). The MAGLUMI® X3 fully automatic analyzer is designed for quantitative and qualitative in-vitro diagnosis. Targeted for small and middle-size labs or hospitals, also a good choice as a backup instrument for big labs or hospitals, the compact design of MAGLUMI® X3 significantly reduces analyzer size and weight, but still maintains the throughput of 200 tests per hour. With Snibe’s constantly updating CLIA test menus, different needs for immunologic diagnosis can be adequately fulfilled.

MAGLUMI® X3 adopts two outstanding immunology technologies. The first one is labeling technology, which uses a non-enzyme small molecule called ABEI. The special molecular formula of ABEI greatly enhances stability in acid and alkaline solutions. And another is separation technology, which is accomplished by nano-magnetic microbeads. With remarkable surface area, magnetic microbeads tremendously improve the sensitivity, accuracy, and precision of the test results.

All MAGLUMI® reagent kits are compatible with all MAGLUMI® models, including the X and M series. Calibrator is integrated into the reagent kit, and is free of cost. This is the broadest automated CLIA test menu in the world, and growing faster with 10–20 each year. • Supports no-pause samples loading/unloading and STAT mode. Besides, samples in each sample track can be defined as STAT and can be tested on priority.
• Intelligent washing function. Three of non-contact vortex mixing units in washer, with different mixing modes, depending on different assays, ensuring sufficient washing to reduce the non-specific binding. Four-step independent washing unit, reducing non-specific binding to improve sensitivity.
• Automatic temperature control to keep a stable background value, not affected by ambient temperature, to ensure the accuracy and precision of measurement results.
