Minister Opens Various Facilities at Government Hospital

Health minister C Vijaya Baskar on Tuesday inaugurated various facilities at the Government Chengalpet Medical College Hospital. He inaugurated the Tamil Nadu Accident and Emergency Care Initiative (TAEI) center, a new unit of health department for treatment of road accident cases to reduce fatalities. He also inaugurated a district early intervention center, geriatric unit, and also central lecture hall. A sensory garden was also declared open as part of DEIC.
