Rajasthan First in Country to Launch Health Schemes for Poor: Raje

Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje claimed that her state government is the first in the country to launch ambitious health schemes for the benefit of poor tribal people. Raje said this while addressing a public rally in Gadi assembly constituency of Banswara district. Poor tribal people are being benefitted from free of cost advanced health services in private hospitals. BJP government has started such health schemes in the state for its people, the chief minister said. She claimed that unprecedented works in various sectors, including health, education, road, water conservation and power supply have been conducted in tribal areas during her government’s tenure. The state government — in over four years only — spent ₹6500 crore in Vagad area, ₹1100 in Gadi whereas the previous Congress government spent ₹475 crore in both these areas, she added. – Business Standard
