Sangareddy’s Naryanakhed Hospital Gets Dialysis Center

Deputy Speaker M Padma Devender Reddy inaugurated a 5-bed dialysis center at Area Hospital, Narayanakhed here on Sunday. Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Speaker has termed the Chief Minister, K Chandrashekar Rao’s decision to set up dialysis center in over 40 government hospitals as a revolutionary decision. “Kidney patients used to suffer a lot financially since they were forced to shell out thousands of rupees for getting treatment in private hospitals. Besides, they were also used to travel long distances for treatment, she said.

After Government Hospital, Sangareddy and Area Hospital, Zaheerabad, Padma Devender Reddy said that Narayanakhed Hospital will be third Government hospital to have free dialysis center in Sangareddy district. She said that the dialysis centers in Sangareddy, Zaheerabad and rest of the State were already drawing a great response. Unlike the treatment being provided at private hospitals, the Dy Speaker said the face of the government hospitals has changed since the TRS voted into power because they have equipped them with a number of specialised health services. MLA, Narayankhed, M Bhupal Reddy, DM&HO, Gayathri Devi and others were present. – Telangana Today
