With over 10 years of direct operations in India, Mindray has achieved the Miracle it set out to. From the year 2006 to 2017, the public healthcare segment has changed dramatically, and yet public expenditure has not surged radically. Mindray is proud to have been a key contributor to provide cost-effective products to government and private hospitals, and help cope with the rising challenge.
In a short span of time, Mindray has established a network of sales and support team in India, and all the major cities have our representatives. The company has achieved the major goal of being close to our customers. We have established regional offices at Gurugram, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai. We also have four warehouses. We have built a culture that is driven by commitment, ingenuity, and integrity.
We provide comprehensive, timely, and efficient service solutions to our customers. This encompasses technical support, spare parts support, training, field service, upgradation, warranty extension, service contract, and on-demand service. Each day we try to do better, keep close watch on our customer satisfaction index (CSI), and directly reach out to our customers by including more skilled staff that works on lesser turnaround time.
We are focused on our mission to improve healthcare by optimizing and sharing medical technologies with the world and Mindray with its rich experience is continuously bringing dramatic changes in the Indian healthcare industry.
