Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospital arriving in Jamshedpur

Kantilal Gandhi Memorial Hospital (KGHM), Jamshedpur has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sri Sathya Sai Health & Education Trust (SSSHET), Bengaluru to establish the Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospital in its premise in Bistupur, Jamshedpur.

Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospital will provide all healthcare services totally free of cost to all. This hospital will not only serve the people of Jharkhand, but also those from the nearby States.

The MoU was signed by Chanakya Chaudhary, President, Kantilal Gandhi Memorial Hospital and C. Sreenivas, Chairman, Sri Sathya Sai Health & Education Trust on June 10, 2022. Those present on the occasion included Management Committee members of KGMH and SSSHET and TWU representatives Rakeshwar Pandey and B.K Dinda among others.

Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospital will serve the shared vision of providing best-in-class quality healthcare services to the un-served and under-served sections of the society.

SSSHET runs similar hospitals in Raipur (Chhattisgarh), Palwal (Haryana), Kharghar (Maharashtra) and Yavatmal (Maharashtra) since 2012. So far, more than 20,000 children have been saved by performing critical Pediatric Cardiac Surgeries on them and more than 1,70,000 children have been managed through OPD. From Jharkhand, more than 1200 children got operated and received precious gift of life and over 4000 have been treated as outpatient.

Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospital is well known for its ‘Sirf Dil – Bina Bill’ compassionate healthcare model, where there are no billing counters in any of its hospitals. Avenue Mail
