Suvarna Tech buys MedPrecinct
Suvarna Technosoft, a hospital information management system (HIMS) solutions firm, has acquired laboratory information management solutions firm MedPrecinct Solutions for an undisclosed amount. The 16-year-old firm, which has over 300 clients, registered a turnover of Rs 15 crore in 2018-19, while the target firm recorded a turnover of Rs 2.5 crore.

“Through this acquisition, we get access to over 200 laboratories that the target company services. We are planning to expand our SaaS (software-as-a-service) platform to about 1000 small- and medium-sized laboratories in the country, besides tapping the Caribbean, the Gulf, Africa, and South-East Asian markets.”
