Suven life sciences gets NCLT Nod for demerger and Suven Pharma

Suven Life Sciences Ltd. has informed the exchanges that on January 6, 2020, the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Bench at Hyderabad (NCLT) has passed an order allowing the company petition filed for sanction of the composite scheme of arrangement amongst Suven Life Sciences Limited (demerged company) and Suven Pharmaceuticals Limited (resulting company) and their respective shareholders and creditors.
