Alefra buys 15,000 shares in International Medical Devices for EUR23,467.50

IMD International Medical Devices Spa announced Tuesday that Alefra Srl, linked to the chairman of the board, Aniello Aliberti, has purchased 15,000 shares in the company.

The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR1.5645, for a total value of EUR23,467.50.

IMD International Medical Devices’ stock closed up 3.9 percent at EUR1.59 per share. Market Screener
