Amit Chopra puts in his papers

Amit Chopra, CMD and VP/GM India and South Asia, Thermo Fisher Scientific, after a 17-year stint at the company has put in his papers.

Chopra started his career as Managing Director India in May 2007. He posted on his Linkedin profile, “I had the opportunity to collaborate with industry experts, exceptional leaders, peers, and dedicated teams, who have all played a pivotal role in our success. Together, we have contributed to India’s progress in cutting-edge science and technology research, made a phenomenal impact during the Covid pandemic to enable millions of tests and vaccines, enhanced the standards of food safety and forensics, seeded foundationally new technologies in India’s diagnostics and healthcare ecosystem, and significantly supported our country’s efforts in environmental monitoring and strengthening homeland security.”
