X Tech is the core technology of the MAGLUMI X series fully-auto chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) analyzer, which aims to provide more efficient, convenient, and reliable immunology diagnostic solutions for laboratories and hospitals. And it provides the X series analyzers with amazing performance, higher accuracy, and further precision, while also making them affordable and easy to operate.

As demands vary, the MAGLUMI X series offers three models to meet all types of demands. The small but smart analyzer – MAGLUMI X3, is a small-footprint desktop analyzer having the throughput of 200 t/h, 20 reagent positions, and 72 sample positions to target for the small- and mid-size laboratories and hospitals. The most cost-effective analyzer – MAGLUMI X6 – with increasing throughput of up to 450 T/h offers up to 30 reagent positions and up to 112 sample positions, or up to 412, when integrated with a sample-storage module. The fastest analyzer – MAGLUMI X8, is the most powerful CLIA analyzer that offers a super-high throughput of 600 t/h while ensuring the precision of the analyzer. It has 42 reagent positions and 300 sample positions, and MAGLUMI X8 allows to be integrated with the Biossays C8 to become the Biolumi CX8 biochemical and immunological integrated analyzer.

Aided by the incredible X Tech, the MAGLUMI X series CLIA analyzers possess even more powerful capabilities:

Patented pipetting technology. For MAGLUMI X6 and MAGLUMI X8, the pipetting technology provides the disposable filtered tips to avoid aerosol pollution, and ensure no cross-contamination during the test – a revolutionary pipetting volume from 10–280 μL sampling volume and higher pipetting accuracy with low pipetting CV. There is also a single pipeline for multiple test functions to save costs.

Accurate incubation technology. In X series, the single cuvette with five-sided heating at 37°C is provided to ensure accurate, quick, and uniform incubation. The non-contact mixing of different modes before incubation also helps to ensure sufficient reactions.

Intelligent washing technology. A magnetic separation washing with 4-group independent units and non-contact vortex mixing is provided on the X series, which can reduce non-specific binding. Different mixing modes, depending on different assays functions, are provided on the X series to ensure sufficient washing improves sensitivity.

Stable and precise measuring technology. The independent measuring chamber of the X series has a bidirectional temperature control function to ensure the detection precision and also can avoid light cross-contamination.

Multiple expansion solution. In MAGLUMI X6 and MAGLUMI X8, an additional sample-storage module is optional. Meanwhile, multiple units of both two analyzers can be connected to the total laboratory automation (TLA) system to get a simplified workflow solution.

User-friendly design. The light indicator and intelligent UI make the operation visual, and the real-time display and light indicator enable convenient management of the analyzer status.

High-efficiency loading design. All X series analyzers have no-pause sample/reagent/consumable loading/unloading functions that save time by not interrupting testing. All samples can be defined as STAT to be tested in priority. And four kinds of pipetting error-detection technologies can reduce sampling error rates.
