Global Health secures two contracts

Global Health Ltd (ASX:GLH) has secured two significant contracts in WA and Victoria, for Homeless Healthcare and Peninsula Health respectively.

The company will implement a range of MasterCare solutions including MasterCare electronic medical records (EMR) and cloud hosting.

Homeless HealthCare win
Perth’s largest provider of primary healthcare services to people who are homeless or marginally housed, Homeless Healthcare, will use the MasterCare EMR and cloud-hosted solution.

EMR will provide the ability for Homeless Healthcare to streamline patient workflows, practice management, manage intake and referral management, create care plans and collect consistent data for different state and national funding models.

Peninsula Health contract extension
To further expand the relationship with Global Health, Peninsula Health is deploying a cloud hosting solution for its existing EMR capabilities.

The Global Health hosting solution delivers a highly secure solution in data centres that form part of the Australian Government’s National Critical Infrastructure Program.

The data centres are used by key Federal Government departments and provide sovereign data guarantees and exceptional levels of uptime and security.

Growth in WA and Victoria
Homeless Healthcare joins a growing list of WA-based companies Global Health now services, including Waratah, St John of God Outreach Services, Chorus and the Western Australian Mental Health Commission, which uses a state-wide solution.

The Peninsula Health contract builds on the company’s existing relationship with the organisation and continues its momentum in regional growth corridors in the Victorian Community health landscape.

Peninsula Health joins Echuca, which recently implemented their solution, Windana Drug and Alcohol Recovery, Bass Coast Health and Ballarat Community Health, all of which have adopted the MasterCare solution in recent years.

Contract value and recurring revenue
These two key contracts amount to a collective value of $249,033 in annual recurring revenue and $74,250 in professional services.

They highlight what the company sees as a strong sales pipeline it has developed over the past 12 months and the strong support expressed for the industry-leading healthcare solutions that Global Health provides to its customers.

Global Health CEO Michael Davies said: “We are delighted to be supporting Homeless Healthcare a not-for-profit charity and building on our existing strong relationship with Peninsula Health.

“Homeless Healthcare is an outstanding charity which promotes health for homeless and marginalised persons, and we’re thrilled that we can help them in their mission to deliver health care services to vulnerable members of the community in Western Australia.

“We’re excited to deliver a cloud-hosted solution for Peninsula Health, an innovative and progressive community healthcare provider who we already work closely with on their EMR solution.

“MasterCare will provide these solutions to help deliver healthcare and improve accessibility to community, mental health and outreach services across Australia.” Pro Active Investors
