Origin Fertility launches RIFM Clinic

Origin Fertility Clinic & Research Center, on Monday announced the launch of a unique clinic, Repeat IVF Failure Management (RIFM) Clinic, to address the IVF failure experienced by couples in their pursuit to become parents.

Speaking after inaugurating the first of its kind RIFM Clinic in the combined Telugu states, Origin fertility Founder Dr Rinke Tiwari elaborated on the phenomenal success Origin Fertility has achieved in addressing this serious problem.

Origin Fertility provides comprehensive multi-disciplinary fertility care with highly experienced specialists from specialities like Endocrinology, Immunology, Genetics, Embryology and Andrology, rendering personalised care, Dr Rinke claimed that the Clinic has an excellent track record of helping several couples who tasted IVF failure earlier, by fulfilling their dream of parenthood.

We have the best possible world class IVF lab infrastructure and the most advanced evidence based scientific protocols, she said whenever any failed IVF case comes, we thoroughly assess the case since the success KEY of next IVF is often in the information of previous failed IVF.

We constantly stay abreast with the latest research updates and adopt those for better out comes, she added.

The immensely distressing aspect is the incidence of IVF failure being as high as 40 percent to 60 percent% depending on the expertise of the specialist and the status of infrastructure at the facility, she said that several couple often conceive in their second or third IVF attempt.

Repeated IVF failure can be an enormous emotional trauma to the already depressed childless couples. The entire process of conceiving a child, beginning with taking that intensely emotional call to opt for artificial insemination, to realising their inability to conceive is time consuming, often couples are too old by then and are left with no options, she said.

The repeated failures to enable pregnancy through IVF has multifarious reasons including unsuccessful implanting to the uterus wall, problem associated with the mother or embryo, age of the woman, endometrial receptivity, genetic issues, immunological issues like rejection of good embryo because of maternal autoantibodies, endometriosis or previous IVF not being managed properly and sometimes idiopathic, she explained.

However the rapidly refining technology and treatment modalities coupled with the expertise of infertility specialists, is creating tremendous hope for childless couples. Origin Fertility has treated several couples who underwent two to three unsuccessful cycles of IVF, to conceive. Our success rate among the repeated IVF failure cases is upward of 83 percent, which is considered to be best by even global standard, she added. United News of India
