While the diagnostics industry plays an important role in improving health and the quality of life, there is a constant need for evolution. Testing and diagnostics has proved to be the first line of defense during the current time of crisis. Keeping in mind the present challenges, Neuberg Diagnostics have been making continuous improvements and advancements in its field.

Neuberg Diagnostics, India’s fourth-largest diagnostics lab chain began their journey in 2017, and has never looked back since then, consistently recording compounded annual growth of more than 100 percent. We now have our presence not only in India, but also in the UAE, South Africa, and the USA. We are also planning to establish our first technology incubation center in Europe. With our ever-growing global representation in four countries with more than 1000 touchpoints, we have made 6000+ diagnostic tests available to millions.

Continuous advancement in technology is the backbone for an efficient healthcare infrastructure and expectation of medical fraternity all over the world. Neuberg has been in the forefront in providing latest equipment and cutting-edge technology and has been continuously upgrading its facilities and equipment, procuring technology as well as equipment both from Indian as well as international sources. While Neuberg has recorded impressive organic growth consistently over the last four years, inorganic acquisitions have also contributed significantly to its growth story. We are continuously looking for strategic acquisitions and evaluation of a few options in the Northern and Eastern regions of India.

We are also planning to establish green field laboratories in Tier-II and Tier-III cities in Bihar, Jharkhand, Punjab, and Haryana. With such inorganic and organic expansions in Northern India and Eastern India, our pan-India presence will be complete.

On the international front, Neuberg Diagnostics has its focus on Africa, namely, countries such as Kenya, Tanzania, and Ghana. Neuberg has also expanded its presence in the , establishing a brand-new state-of-the-art laboratory in Dubai and a basic testing laboratory in Ajman.

In spite of the testing time, we have all gone through due to the pandemic, Neuberg Diagnostics has stuck to its task and has expanded its Covid-testing capabilities continuously.

Neuberg is the only lab to establish 18 ICMR-approved Covid testing facilities in record time. With the given overwhelming increase in demand for Covid testing, we have extended our collection timings to serve the community without any delay.

We have also introduced mobile testing vans and also highway testing facilities for faster turnaround and ease of testing.

With the rise in the number of infections due to the Omicron spread, we are continuously hiring additional staff to improve the efficiency in collection, reporting, and quality of testing.

While Neuberg Diagnostics has made its mark as a quality and affordable diagnostic laboratory in the metropolitan cities of India, we are also making our presence felt in rural India. This is done to provide excellent services not only to the ones in the main cities but also to make it readily available to all, even in the most remote corners of India.

To overcome the accessibility hindrance, the collective effort of public-private partnerships (PPP), deployment of mobile testing labs, and telemedicine will prove to be a viable solution, and Neuberg is striving to achieve this.
