Aster DM Health Care Ltd’s Subsidiary Acquires 100% In EMED

EMED Human Resources India Private Limited (“EMED”) is a Company engaged in providing human resources consultancy services. This Company was incorporated in 2010 and has its registered office in Kochi, Kerala. EMED is an associate company of Aster DM Healthcare Limited (“the Company”) in which the Company has 33.33% stake.

The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, DM Med City Hospitals (India) Private Limited, has acquired 100% stake in EMED. Pursuant to the aforementioned acquisition the shareholding of the Company has increased from 33.33% to 100%, thereby making EMED a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of the Company.

DM Med City Hospitals (India) Private Limited has acquired 100% equity shares in EMED Human Resources India Private Limited as under:

1. 5,000 equity shares (33.33%) from Aster DM Healthcare Limited
2. 5,000 equity shares (33.33%) from Mr. Devanand K T
3. 5,000 equity shares (33.33%) from Dr. Anupam Verma

The Company, through its wholly owned Subsidiary, DM Med City Hospitals (India) Private Limited has acquired 100% stake in EMED Human Resources India Private Limited. Pursuant to aforementioned acquisition shareholding of the Company has increased from 33.33% to 100%, thereby making EMED Human Resources India Private Limited a wholly owned stepdown subsidiary of the Company.

Shares of Aster DM Healthcare Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.94.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 92.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3176 in over 208 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 96.75 and intraday low of 93.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 302893.-Equity Bulls
