HealthCare atHOME acquires SuVitas

Delhi NCR based health-tech company HCAH said that it has acquired SuVitas Holistic Healthcare, a south based Transition Care Company in an undisclosed amount. Following this acquisition, SuVitas becomes a 100% subsidiary of the HCAH which will help HCAH to build India’s largest and most clinically accomplished chronic and pre & post hospital focused healthcare delivery platform which acts like a ‘Hospital outside of the Hospital.’

“Since inception, we have catered to over 20 lakh patients, including about 10 lakh patients during the COVID time. Currently, we cater to about 1.5 lakh patients in a month. We have a presence in over 70 cities,” said Vivek Srivastava, Co-Founder & CEO – HCAH.

“We want to be the largest player in the chronic and pre & post-hospital care space in the country and effectively work as a hospital outside of the hospital though working in collaboration with the hospitals and doctors to provide a continuum of care to the patients. With that in mind, we have acquired SuVitas and expanded our service portfolio in the transition care segment. One of the founders of SuVitas – Dr. Ramesh Byrapaneni will also join HCAH Board. With SuVitas running centres at Bengaluru & Hyderabad, this acquisition helps in making our reach much stronger in South India too,” said Vivek Srivastava, Co-Founder & CEO – HCAH.

“Going forward, our intention is to take this business to 1,500 beds in the next 4-5 years. In revenue terms, we expect to move up from over INR 100+ crore currently to about INR 800-1000 crore in the next 4-5 years using both organic and inorganic strategies,” added Srivastava, Co-Founder & CEO – HCAH.
