HealthCare Global names Ruby Ritolia as CFO

Srinivasa V Raghavan will cease to hold the position of the CFO, with effect from 20 August 2023 due to his retirement from the company.

Ritolia has a 17-year track record as a finance professional. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Nagpur University and successfully completed her CA in 2005.

Healthcare Global Enterprises is engaged in setting up and managing hospitals and medical diagnostic services including scientific testing and consultancy services in the pharmaceutical and medical sector.

The company’s consolidated net profit jumped 25.8% to Rs 7.61 crore on 12.9% increase in net sales to Rs 459.71 crore in Q1 FY24 over Q1 FY23.

Shares of Healthcare Global Enterprises declined 0.57% to Rs 338 on the BSE. Capital Market
