Metropolis Healthcare relieves CEO Vijender Singh

The company released Singh from the position of CEO from the closing of business hours of 17 August 2022.

Vijender Singh resigned from the position of chief executive officer on 29 July 2022, but was asked to continue till 30 November 2022.
However, he has been relieved of his duties on 17 August 2022 as per his request. Singh’s balance notice period has been waived off.

Further, Metropolis Healthcare said it has appointed a talent search agency and has begun the process of finding a suitable candidate for the position of CEO.

Metropolis Healthcare is a leading diagnostics company in India. On a consolidated basis, the diagnostic company’s net profit declined 55.40% to Rs 33.40 crore on 14.35% fall in net sales to Rs 279.86 crore in Q1 June 2022 over Q1 June 2021.
