Nishant Saxena joins Erba Transasia as first-ever global CEO

Erba Transasia has appointed Nishant Saxena as its first-ever global CEO.

Prior to his new role, Nishant served Cipla Ltd. as CEO for global emerging markets and Europe, and global management council member.

Earlier, Nishant founded and expanded a startup across 12 cities, following successful roles at Procter & Gamble, including deputy CFO.

Nishant’s achievements include being named ‘Young CFO of the Year’, recognized as a ‘High Impact Entrepreneur’ by the World Bank, and Distinguished Alumni awardee of NIT Trichy, among others.

An MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, Nishant holds a degree in production engineering from the NIT, Tiruchirappalli.

An alumnus of the prestigious St. Joseph’s College, Allahabad, he has also completed an advanced course in entrepreneurship/ entrepreneurial studies at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

With 1500+ employees and factories in India and Europe, Erba Transasia has been leading with innovative diagnostics solutions for over four decades.

Under Nishant’s leadership, the company expects to further consolidate its position and build its vision.
