Varian To Highlight RT Management System At AAPM Meeting

Radiation therapy (RT) firm Varian Medical Systems plans to highlight its automated patient identification, positioning, and motion management system for radiation therapy at the upcoming American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) 2019 annual meeting in San Antonio.

The company’s Identify guidance system features patient safety, quality, and efficiency tools for surface-guided radiation therapy, according to Varian.
