Innovative MedTech announces distribution licensing agreement for PPAPD

Innovative MedTech, Inc., is excited to announce the execution of a distribution licensing agreement for a number of patent pending air purification devices. This Agreement marks a significant milestone for the Company and positions us to become a leader and a key player in the rapidly growing market for clean air technologies, which was valued at $14.68 billion in 2022 & is projected to grow from $15.69 billion in 2023 to $25.69 billion by 2030 (according to Grand View Research).

The distribution licensing agreement, entered into with Radical Clean Solutions (“RCS”), an air purification company, grants the Company exclusive rights to RCS’s patent pending air purification hydroxyl generating devices. The technology disperses hydroxyl radicals throughout the environment in which it operates, thereby sanitizing 99.99% of surfaces, materials, equipment and the very air itself. It does so through a natural, chemical-free process that is 100% harmless to people, pets and plants. The hydroxyl technology actively seeks out and destroys both airborne and surface-based mold, bacteria, virus, odorous and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), as well as other pathogens and pollutants in real-time. Atmospheric hydroxyls are created in the Earth’s atmosphere, were discovered in the late 1960s, and are considered key oxidants that decompose air pollutants. (Nature)

The Agreement gives the Company the right to distribute the RCS products in the following markets within the USA and Canada: (a) military, FEMA, and medical facilities (emergency room, urgent care, hospital, and outpatient clinic facilities), (b) adult day and nursing homes, (c) municipal pet shelters, zoos, equestrian and other veterinary facilities, (d) transportation hubs (via TSA Policy ordinances), and (e) educational facilities, and provided that the Company meets minimum sales requirements with respect to those RCS products, the Company’s distribution rights shall be exclusive in those markets.
