Medical sub-centre inaugurated in Noklak

A medical sub-centre at Khiamniungan Baptist Church Association (KBCA), Komking, under the establishment of chief medical officer (CMO), Noklak was inaugurated on July 8 by CMO Noklak, Dr Victor NC.

In a press release, district media officer (DMO), Apheang informed that CMO in his address during the inaugural programme urged general public to take ownership of the sub-centre through community contribution and co-operation to the department in order to avail proper healthcare services.

The release further stated that the new sub-centre was to be made functional as soon auxiliary nurse midwife (ANM) was posted against the sub-centre.

Earlier, welcome note was delivered by executive secretary, KBCA, Hempao while dedicatory prayer was offered by Rev. Pinglang. Nagaland Post
