State-of-the-Art Public Hospital is Ready in Gujarat

Gujarat’s tallest medical facility, the 18-storey Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Medical Research Center (SVPMRC) on the VS Hospital campus is set to set a benchmark in super speciality healthcare. The facility is a pathbreaker and a big divergence from the usual government hospitals. This one is packed with the best facilities at nominal cost for the poor and the middle class. Municipal commissioner Vijay Nehra says, “We will not be shifting staff or equipment from the old VS Hospital to SVPMRC. In fact, we are planning to upgrade facilities at VS Hospital.” – TOI
