Now, Agappe is pleased to introduce rotor/cartridge-based biochemistry analyzer, Mispa ChemDx, for various customers ensuring high quality and affordability.
Mispa ChemDx is meant for on-site testing like physician clinics, fertility clinics, diabetes clinics, ICUs, emergency departments, wellness clinics and primary healthcare centres etc. With just 0.1cc of whole blood, serum, or plasma, an array of medical tests / profiles can be tested more quickly, accurately by Anyone, Anywhere and Anytime testing approach.
Principal advantages of the equipment are low sample consumption, easier to use, maintenance free, accurate results, disposable reagent disc etc. Again, the sample volume is only 100µl, testing time is less than 12 minutes/sample at temperature 37°C ± 0.3°C. Sample type is heparinized whole blood, serum, plasma and calibration is intelligent quality control/calibration. Testing method is end-point, kinetic, fixed time, turbidimetry, light source is 12V/20W, halogen tungsten lamp with life span over 2500 hours. The display is android 7.0 inch 800*480, multi-point capacitive touch screen and the machine has a storage capacity is 500,000 results.

- Renal profile (10 renal and one calculated) for tests like K+, Na+, Cl-, Ca, PHOS, Mg, tCO2, UREA, Crea, UA, & U/C.
Reagent disc consists of lyophilized reagent beads, diluent, and calibration details are in the QR code. The reagent disc contains an intelligent internal quality control system, which continuously monitors the disc function to ensure reaction stability and optimal disc performance, internal quality control system is the engine that drives the Mispa Chem Dx accurately and precisely.
System works with pre-coated lyophilized reagents in a rotor disk, which are activated when the sample is applied, and the chemical reactions occur without the need of any other auxiliary reagents, and pipetting.
Mispa Chem DX can assist the operators in making medical decisions from a distance by using cloud computing. Real-time quality control, QR code, built-in centrifuge. After 12 minutes, the test results will be automatically printed. It works on Absorption Spectroscopy where change in absorbance is detected by an absorption spectrum and an algorithm is used to calculate the end concentration of the sample.
